FTP

I am building a school web site so that people can upload and download homework, I have dynamically created the folders in this heirarchy

Class->time->users

I am making it an FTP site, but I don't know how to make it so that each user cannot browse to any folder but their own, I give them a link to follow that takes them to where they are suppose to be, but they are still able to manually change the URL and it allows them access into other parts of the site. I am running windows 2000, iis 5. Any ideas and hints would be appreciated.

I have tried in local network. You can control user easily...each user u can specified where to upload,maximum file size uploading etc...
