apache windows Q

i switched from windows iis to windows apache and now i can't seem to access pages outside my own machine.

i used to be able to

and get my home computer..

now i can't. odd. it works with iis.

there something i am overlooking in apache?

Did you configure apache to listen on your own IP, and not just on 127.0.0.1
