apphelp.dll HELL

This file seems to be part of XP (at least that's the only reference I got from a full search of the msdn site). Was the dll compiled on XP? if so, would it be possible to recompile the extensions on a win2000 machine?

Aso, this APPHELP.DLL is missing from the retail version of Visual Studio .net, even though it is required in order to execute the .net on-line help facility. Now, the source code APPHELP.CPP is provided as part of Visual Studio C++ 6.0 MFC source code, but I really would not care to build the .DLL from this.

For what it is worth, this file is a dependency of the Crystal Reports file crystl32.ocx.
