SirC32.exe help

I have a problem with my PC. Everytime that I try to open an aplication program, it says that is is missing and I need it to open an application program. However I can't find it and I think I might have to download it(I know its not the Sircam Virus), can anyone help me here?

It is the sircam virus, what Sircam does its adds itself to the windows registy so that when anything is run the sircam virus is executed and then the real exe is run. If you managed to manual remove the sirc32.exe from your computer this leaves windows searching for the file every time you launch an application.
