Perhaps, but this in the way I see it: lots of people come into niche dicussion boards like this one because Google et. al. index the threads.
If someone comes to this thread because they are looking for info about OTD's, my first 2 points are quite valid and may help them out. My 3rd point should indicate that this isn't a source of help for dealing with OTD's, hopefully preventing a further increase in the completely off-topic postings I'm sure we've all been noticing of late.
I don't expect it to have any effect on someone who is only interesting in trolling. If their life is so pathetic that they've got nothing better to do with their time, nothing I can write will change that. Thankfully, most of the rabid trolls seem to live on ZDNet and haven't heard of PHPBuilder. I was aiming at folks who might want to legitimately solve Outlook security (is there such a thing?) issues.
