Nope, you need to use the php.exe and php4ts.dll files that come in the PHP-GTK distro archive. Whenever a new version is released, Frank compiles the php_gtk.dll against the latest CVS build of PHP. As we all know, extensions are build specific. Hopefully this won't be so much of a problem in the future due to some enhancements in the 4.1.0 release, but the current release, 0.1.1, is compiled for the 4.0.8-dev build (I believe). If you need a specific extension (like imap or some such thing) you'll either have to build yourself a copy or post to the php-gtk_general mailing list and see if someone already has it compiled.
