You cannot download IIS5.1; it's part of Windows XP Pro, located on the CD.

IIS will only run under XP pron and not the Home edition.
To install on pro, you go to control panel, add remove progs, windows progs, and select IIS from there.

I've also searched for IIS 5.1 for XP to download because i lost my CD of Windows XP, but i couldn't found one to download. Looks like that i'd have to buy a new CD.
