PHP PWS MySQL

How do I configure mySQL using PWS. I do not own a server and therefore cannot use whatever command line thing everyone else uses. (y'know - people with money).

Is there some sort of software I can load that will let me create mySQL databases and then how do I transfer them to the UNIX server when I upload.

I have PHP running on PWS... and now?

Please, mankind, help a 16 year old aspiring designer.

Hi there.
You have setup PWS? And you Have setup PHP?
Ok now you should download MySQL from
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/download.php?file=Downloads/MySQL-3.23/mysql-3.23.47-win.zip
(the windows version). Just run the setupfile and everything will be setup for you.

Now what you can use is phpmyadmin This lets you create and change the database for your mysql server (the one you run local)
