i assume you have access installed ..
there will be a config item in you're configuration screen called odbc-resources or something like that.
open it and setup a syste DSN and select the Mirco$oft access driver.
In the next screen you type the name of the DSN, which you will use in youre script to connect to it, and then select a database to use.
click on advanced to add a username and password to the DSN and you're all good to go
