user account creation

I'd like to use a php script to create new users on an NT domain. I'm a unix guy and don't know where to start anyone have any suggestions.

I do not believe PHP has the power to get direct access to window accounts. You would probably have to interface through a COM object.

Will you use a database like mysql, or a flat file to store user info?

In my case, I use a form that takes user info and stores it in a mysql db. Password is saved as md5($password) and username as plain text.

I'm talking about adding users to the NT domain. They would be stored in what ever manner they are normally stored for domain users.

ok. We have a perlTK stuff but wanted to move from that to a more "thin" client.
