PHP and MySQL stability under Win2K

Currently I have a website, written in perl, running on a Unix machine, getting about 10000-30000 hits a day.

My plan is to migrate the website to a Win2K machine and rewrite the whole with php and a mysql database backend.

I would like to know how stable php and mysql are on Win2K. Can they handle 30000 hits a day?

I have been using PHP MYSQL under Windows 2000 for 8 months now. And it is very stable.
