can anybody confirm this behaviour or give a workaround.
We currently trying to get the open_basedir security feature working.
It seems that it works only on some functions, i.e. fileread access is limited.
Some other functions, i.e. rename are working in every directory?!
PHP 4.1.1, Win2k Pro, IIS
