Database down load from domain

Dear Friend

How can i sychronize the database in the Domain server (ISP) and my local database.

Just like a mail server. when i try to connect my to ISP /domain
it should get connected and update the records from Domain server.

Any Database oracle/ MySQL/ MS SQL

my objective is download the table from domain server (MySQL Database).

we have web site to receive (like Resume Collection) data from various
client and store it in the database.

And same records should be download /updated in my server / PC.
Again i am going to use this table in offline application( VB
application like Record /report management )

Just like a mail server dialing , i need to do dialing to domain server
/net , and link the table update the fresh records from Domain.
