where can i download oracle.dll for php4.02?

where can I download oracle.dll and gd.dll
for php4.02? I copied oracle.dll and gd.dll
for php4.0 to the directory php4.02,but I can't draw picture and link the oracle database.

You can download it from http://php4win.de/ or run the PHP installer EXE at http://php.weblogs.com/easywindows

After that, you need to modify PHP.ini to include those extensions (they are already there -- just uncomment them).

I downloaded the php4.02 from www.php4win.de,but after I setup
it in NT,when I run my program,
it show the error:The specified
procedure could not be found.
I found that it can't link the
oracle database and the gd library
can't support the gif picture.Why?
Who can link the oracle database
and draw gif picture in php4.02?

i think that gif is not not supported in the gd-library due to some copyright-issues
