I experienced the problem of win-aspi ?.? file missing after I reinstalled my win nt.
I searched for the file winaspi32.dll and found it in the winnt folder ,I then moved it to the folder ahead but no success.Even after installing nero I couldn't find the win-aspi file in the temp folder but couldn't find it.
Solution>>I decided to try and intsall adaptec sw ,during intsallation I saw the file winaspi.dll being copied to \winnt\system path .I then reinstalled nero and it worked.
