I dont know where to post it so I'll try it here, I hope that it's okej?
I'm new at this but i'd like to compile my Apache server for the first time.
So I have a few questions:
1. I'd like to compile with the mod_rewrite module, but can I compile with too many modules? And what happens if I do?
2. Where can I find documentation about the different kind of modules there are?
3. Do you add new modules, you like to compile with, in the list of *.mak files in the 'makefile.win'-file? If not where then?
4. How do you install the server then? I've ony used the 'msi'-file before. Have I understod it correctly if you install the server in the same time you compile it?
I've searched the web for info about this but haven't found any, hope for help here 🙂
