When i try to use the gd dll it says Unable to load dynamic library 'C:/PHP/extensions/php_gd.dll' - A device attached to the system is not functioning.
maybe you are using the wrong version of the file. it has to correspond to the respective php build you are using. or maybe you specified the wrong extensions directory in php.ini (or didn't specify it at all)
