PHP, IIS, Apache

Greetings......

Does anyone have any links or documents that discuss any dangers when running Apache and IIS4 on the same webserver? I know about setting them up to listen to different ports and all that; basically, my manager has a few concerns and would like to see it in writing somewhere that having a lot of traffic on the IIS server won't cause problems when someone hits the Apache server.

I don't think there is much out on the web about this, since they seem to play well together, but.....
