help me show the jpeg image in window

Hi Everybody,
I have problem to show the jpeg image in window(gif image is OK), even though I have recompile and include the gd.exe in my php file. I have stucked here for almost half an month. I will very appreciate that someone tells me how to show the jpeg image in window. Thanks again

Do you mean a popup window? or just in your browser? Do you need to create or resize this jpeg?

First thanks for your help. I just want to show the jpeg image in my browser. All the jpeg files are in my computer. I don't need to create them. But the images need to be resized.
