Malformed header

Hey guys, i am trying to get a simple script to work and i keep getting a 500 error as seen below, im kinda new to all this so sorry if i am being a dumb ass 🙂

[Sun Mar 31 15:57:04 2002] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] malformed header from script. Bad header=HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized: c:/php/php.exe

I think this part of the code might have somthing to do with it
