Upload files

I've problems when somebody who has w2k in his machine tries to upload a file in my web server. The script for uploading files makes well if the Internet Explorer runs up w98 but when it runs up w2k the next message appears: not server or DNS error.

The connection is https and the Internet Explorer doesn't use proxy.

Maybe security questions of w2k????
