HELP: session.save_path =

i got the following error when attempting to execute "session_start()" on a page:

Warning: open(/tmp\sess_634dd5f847eb26800d005cc2f02633a8, O_RDWR) failed: m (2) in c:\phpdev\www\seniordesign\accesscontrol.php on line 8

I've also already modified my php.ini file:

session.save_path = "C:\phpdev\php\temp"

So can someone tell me why it I still get that warning and why it still attempts to open in "/tmp"?
