File to run my windows messaging (sending my faxes) goes missing when I use my internet.
Worked fine until I had to upgrade my netscape.
Since I upgraded netscape it went missing. I reinstalled the file with windows disc. It worked fine until I used my netscape again and then file missing again. Never had problem at all before. I'm semi-computer illiterate. someone have any suggestions in layman terms for me.
