PHP & MySQL on Windows

Hi
Im new to PHP and MySQL.
Ive windows xp pro on my machine , and my new website host is a Unix one with support to ASP/PHP/MySQL.

Id like to know how to build the website and view it for error debugging in PHP/MySQL on my machine offline and then submit it to my host when its ready and im online?

put i don`t want to install apache on my machine , i would like to use IIS as it already there , can i do that.

I installed php on my win2k server to run with IIS

I used http://php.weblogs.com/easywindows

and then configured IIS to recognize the .php docs. It's really easy.
