Can't send mail to my own domain

Hi,
I'm hosting on Windows servers and I can not send any mail from my own domain to any email address of my own domain.

I'm using normal mail scripts with the mail() function.

I've even tried to set the SMTP server.

I'm not getting the server error anymore if I don't use the mail() function, but the
email never arrives

is iis(i take it your running iis) smtp configed right? need anymore help contact me at [e-mail] for email ntwrkgur for aim and [e-mail] for msn.,, hope i cna help you...
