I think this http://sourceforge.net/projects/phptriad is probably the easiest way to go. I personally just installed things this way, and I was really impressed. I had done it manually before (an unfortunate event had me reinstalling windows this morning), and I was quite impressed. One thing to note is that the build of mySQL is 3.23.21, which is not the most recent beta release - and it is a beta release. A very nice packege for those of us who are forced to use win98 to develop on but host on Linux.
