KDCOM.DLL could not be loaded

Someone please help me, i just bought a new mobo,cpu,and hd. An Im trying to install Windows XP pro and i get KDCOM.DLL could not be loaded when i try installing. I believe its when it starts to extract system files and gets to a kernel file. It has a error code 4, and ive read other solutions on error 4 so I bought new memory but same thing. Hopefuly someone might know what to do....thanks

also I tried to install Red Hat 7.0 and i get a kernel panic kill???

I hope you're still around for this one. First off, you have to boot into the RH setup app. Even if you deleted the RH partition through FDISK it will still be there in RH more than likely. If it is remove it. Save the partition table and reboot. You should be ok after that.
