The requested method POST is not allowed

I have win98, Apache 1.3.24 and PHP 4.2.1 istalled.
Everything works fine put my post request gives me the error 405.

Error:

Method Not Allowed

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /do.html.

Who knows, what I need to do EXACTLY?
