informix dlll for windows?!? How to get?

I need an informix module for PHP 4.02 for windows 98/NT. Is there anywhere I can get this precompiled? How would I make my own if I had to?

I find it in the EasyWindowsInstaller product downloaded to the URL http://php.weblogs.com/easywindows.

You also need the informix dll. (see the informix sdk or Informix Connect product).
