Need help with .bat file

PHP script works perfectly when executed from the browser. I have gotten other php scripts to run with a batch file but this one just won't execute.

Here is the layout of the bat file:

c:\php4\php.exe e:\php scripts\deliver.php

Using iiS as a webserver. Nothing different about the batch file from ones that have run successfully just the name of the php file (deliver.php).

Appreciate any feedback.

Now, why don't you try opening it in the browser?

Hope it helps. I have a script authomated to ma make data exportations each week and i always use it this way.
