Whenever I try to open any of applications in my computer, I get the the error message "Windows cannot find SirC32.exe. This program is needed for opening files of type 'Application'."
Please provide me the solution. Thanks and God bless you

Sounds like your system was (and possibly still is) infected with the SirCam virus. Visit your favorite anti-virus vendor for information on removing it and upgrading your anti-virus software.
