can't see localhost on IIS5.0

I have installed IIS5.0 on windows2000 advanced server. I can't see the
localhost from any browser. Even if I type http://127.0.0.1 or http://servername
does not work. I have un-installed IIS5.0 and install it again, but still experiencing the same problem.

Please help.
