OK, here is my problem:
I have a NT4 server with IIS4 and I have installed MySQL and PHP on it. I have got it working decently, but there is still a very irritating bug. When I extract text from the database with a PHP script the scandinavian characters aren't displayed right. In other word I don't get characters Ä,ä,Ö and ö. For example ä is displayed as ",,".
Where is the source of this problem and are there any means to solve it?
