phpMyadmin help!!!!!

i got all the information filled in for the server and stuff like that, but now its giving me all these different parse errors, check it out for yourself at http://animehaven.ionichost.com/php/

i'm thinking its because of....

$cfgServers[$i]['host'] = 'localhost';

i think its the ''s, but i dont know, plz help?

The ''s are completely OK in that line, but there is definetely some mistake in your config file. If you want send me your 'config.inc.php' and I'll check where error is.
