How to configure Appache for windows?

I am having Apache for windows. How to configure that web server to support PHP4. Currently i have configured it for iis5.0. I am not able to configure apache for windwows. When i tried according to the instruction given in Readme file, it is producing an error that access to this file is denied and also it is saying that it is not executable.

I need help in this aspect.
