PHP crashing apache on win2k ?

Hi,

I'm running apache with mod php on win2k.
Apache starts fine, and works well until I hit a php page. Then Apache crashs. Theres nothing recorded in the Apache error log, and nothing recored in the windows event log.

Windows reponds with a 'Apache.exe has caused error and will be shut down' message to the screen and thats it.

I'm running
Apache 1.3.24
PHP 4.2.1
on win2k with service pack 2

Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone come across this one before?
