MySQL, PHP & IIS

Newbie needs help

I currently have a W2K server running with MySQL with PHP on the front end. On the internal network the DB can be accessed and worked with. I am trying to connect to the DB from my Web Server which is another W2K with IIS. I have setup the ODBC connection and set the DB,user and password in the connect_db.inc file. When I connect to the DB through the link on my web page I get two frames with page can't be found in both frames. It also shows on the bottom that I'm in a mixed zone.

Mixed zone I believe represents the Intranet/Internet combo you've got going on. I don't know what's going on with the two frame things, but IIS is starting to tick me off too ... Apache seems a bit smoother in the transition.
