After installing PHP 4.2.1 on a new server running IIS 5 and Win2k Server, I cannot get php_cybercash.dll to load.
I am getting this error:
"Warning: Unable to load dynamic library 'D:/PHP4/extensions/php_cybercash.dll"
The installation on php.com/downloads mentioned that this dll was included. However it did not appear in the .zip binary download.
I copied over the .dll from the older server (running PHP 4.0), but cannot get it to load.
I already installed the mck and modified the merchant conf file. However nothing is helping.
Any suggestions on finding out what, if anything, is wrong with the .dll file OR what might be making php 4.2.1 sick.
Regretfully switching off of a Win32 platform and moving from IIS is not an option here.
