I am running IIS 5.x on a Win2k machine with PHP 4.2.1. Normal http PHP pages view fine. But when I try a simple "hello world" PHP page under SSL, I get the famous "The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers" error. The same page views fine as a non-SSL page. I am obviously missing some simple setting. Is it in my php.ini file or something to do with IIS?
