Hi all,
Simple test :
Apache 1.3.26 (binary build for Win32 from Apache site) + PHP 4.2.2 – binary for Windows from Php.net. PHP as a module.
Run perfmon on Windows XP and load into perfmon the second instance of Apache (the worker child) .
Run IE with phpinfo.php the ultra simple script that gives you details about php install.
Watch how the memory it is eaten when you just refresh the IE browser window .
I think this is a major flow (same behavior under Windows 2000)
Did anyone has a stable combination of PHP + Apache in terms of memory consumption.
Please indicate what is this combination !
Thank you in advance,
Stefan
