I want to make a web based email service (like Hotmail) on windows 2000 Adv. Server. I've already set the pop3 and smtp server. Is it possible to build this web based email with PHP ? If anyone have any resource, let me know. Thanks.

i really want to do the same thing. i've been trying to use imap_open() on an imap account i currently have, but it's an ssl account, and i don't think php supports ssl imap.
but i'll let you know if i make any headway.
